- Event cancellation by HelloMello
- Duplicate payments or payment errors
1.2 Processing Time
- Approved refunds: 7-14 business days
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days
- UPI refunds: 1-3 business days
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
2. Event Registration Refunds
Important Note
There will be no refunds for participant cancellations except in cases explicitly mentioned in this policy. This is because significant costs are incurred in advance for event preparations, venue arrangements, and resource allocation. We appreciate your understanding of the need for this policy to ensure a fair and sustainable event experience for all.

4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Medical Emergencies
Compassionate Refund Policy
We understand that medical emergencies can prevent participation. We offer:
- Full refund (100%): With valid medical certificate
- Event transfer: Move registration to next event
- Documentation required: Medical certificate from registered practitioner
4.2 Family Emergencies
- Bereavement: Full refund with death certificate
- Hospitalization: Full refund with hospital admission proof
- Natural disasters: Full refund for affected areas
- Government restrictions: Full refund if travel is prohibited
5. Event Cancellation by HelloMello
5.1 Full Event Cancellation
If we cancel an event, you will receive:
- 100% refund: Full registration fee returned
- Processing fee: In some cases, a small processing fee may be deducted and is non-refundable
5.2 Partial Event Cancellation
- If specific categories are cancelled, affected participants get full refund
- Alternative participation options may be offered
6. Non-Refundable Situations
No Refund Conditions
Please note that refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Change of mind: After the cancellation deadline
- No-show: Failure to attend without prior notice
- Disqualification: Due to rule violations or misconduct
- Weather conditions: Minor weather that doesn't affect safety
- Personal scheduling conflicts: Unless covered by emergency policy
- Dissatisfaction: With event experience or results

- Provide information: Registration token, payment proof, reason for cancellation
- Submit documents: Medical certificates or emergency documentation if applicable
- Await confirmation: We'll review and respond within 48 hours
- Receive refund: Processed to original payment method

8. Payment Gateway Refunds
8.1 Razorpay Refunds
- Refunds processed through Razorpay payment gateway
- Bank processing times vary by financial institution
- Refund status can be tracked through Razorpay
- Payment gateway fees may apply for certain refund types
8.2 UPI Direct Refunds
- Fastest refund method (1-3 business days)
- Refunded to original UPI account
- Processing fee may be deducted and is non-refundable
